I believe that life is meant to be lived to the fullest, and we all need to prioritize our happiness and health. This belief led me to make an unexpected career shift from being a Personal Trainer to a Beauty Therapist. After attending the funeral of a loved one, I realized that life is short, and we need to make the most of it.  

Being a single mother, it was scary to try something new, but I knew that it was my responsibility to set an example for my son. 

I have always loved pampering my friends and family, and I knew that I could help many others feel mentally and physically at ease. I completed my level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy and found that I had a natural gift for massage. Since then, I have continually learned and developed my skills to become the best Massage Therapist in Crystal Palace.
